Monday Night "Power Miles"

Let's start our week off on the right foot. Monday Night “Power Miles”. We will complete a minimum of 3 miles on the treadmill. We welcome all fitness levels and we encourage you to move at your own pace. Grab your sneakers, your Superhero Blue, your water and let's get it in. GirlTrek is free, but the rec center requires a membership. Please contact them for details, 720-865-4370.
