Step into Health & Wellness Incline Challenge
Ladies let’s challenge ourselves to soar new heights, while enjoying each others company and getting a good workout. We are going to skip the track this weekend and take the 200 Step incline challenge at Philip S. Miller Park in the Town of Castle Rock. The mini incline is a great workout that starts with 200 steps going up that you can take at your own pace. And while you’re ascending, enjoy amazing views followed by a nice half mile recovery downhill the leads back to the bottom of the stairs. One loop is 0.6 miles, and our goal is to complete 5 loops for a total of 3 miles. Sneakers are the appropriate footwear for this challenge. Please be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and maybe a light snack for your drive home. We will meet in the parking lot at the park at 7am. Parking is free is free. If anyone is interested in carpooling please let me know and we can coordinate a carpool. Directions: From: Aurora-Take I-225 S. to I-25 S. , stay I-25 S. for 17.2 miles then take exit 182 Take exit 182 for Wilcox St/Wolfensberger Rd, Turn right onto Wilcox St/E Wolfensberger Rd, turn left on Auburn Dr, turn left onto W. Plum creek Pkwy, Turn right and the entrance to the park on the right.
