Lace up your favorite walking/running shoes, fill your water bottle, and join me for a brisk trek around Pruzin Park. The park's trail is completely paved and courses around a nature preserve with a wooden boardwalk over a portion of the trail. The trail is flat with the exception of the boardwalk. We will walk approximately 3 miles which amounts to 4.5 laps around. Our goal is a heart-pumping GirlTrek pace, but there will be no sister left behind. We will meet in the parking lot at 7:50a.m. and commence at 8a.m. sharp. Look for me in my SuperHero blue.
