All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us at Greenwood Beach and bring a friend. We will walk the lakefront 1 mile north and one mile south with the turn-around point being at the NU practice football field. If you’re running late you can park at Clark Street Beach to catch up and circle back to the finish line at Greenwood! At 15min/per mile pace we should be able to trek it in 30min. No sister will be left behind so the hour reflects support of all fitness levels. Bring water, hat or sunglasses and some sunscreen. See you Saturday!
