It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your Etown GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us Greenwood Beach restrooms and bring a friend. We will walk the lakefront 1 mile in and one mile out with the turn-around point being at the NU practice football field. If you’re running late you can park at Clark Street Beach to catch up and circle back to the finish line at Greenwood! At 15mile Pace we should be able to trek it in 30min but no sister will be left behind so the hour reflects support of all fitness levels. Bring water, hat or sunglasses and some sunscreen.
