Join us Sunday morning to begin our trek at 7 am. Meet at the entrance to the walkway just off the parking lot. West Lake Park has a beautiful paved walkway with trees and shrubs that borders a small lake. One full trip around the walkway is 1 mile. Walking at a moderate pace, we’ll walk about 3 miles in an hour. The park is clean and peaceful with a nice waterfall. There are also small bridges that cross over the water. The Park is also home to a few ducks and pelicans. Located in Generation Park on the corner of Lockwood Rd and W Lake Houston Parkway. Note: the parking lot is not paved, so please drive slowly.
