All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. Please meet us at Joe Brown Park playground, Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 6:53 AM and trekking at 7:00 AM. Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, put on some sunscreen and please hydrate. We will be trekking for an hour or three miles. The walking path is concrete.
