In Support of Women Experiencing Homelessness
*The Blood Run 5K event is from 8:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
*The 5K walk begins at 9:00 A.M.
*$25.00 fee until May 31
*$35.00 fee beginning June 1
*Buy tickets at www.thebloodrun.org.
*Please bring donations of individually wrapped sanitary pads, tampons, and/or feminine wipes.
*Please wear GirlTrek gear or a royal blue t-shirt if possible.
*Bring water bottle, a smile, and other pertinent essentials.
*3.1 miles on a dirt surface
*Let's meet on the Edwin Drive side of the park in the parking lot facing the lake.

Also, please be reminded that thebloodrun.org requires payment for the 5K. You can make the payment at the following link if you haven’t already done so (www.thebloodrun.org). We can meet at the parking lot closest to the stairs on the lake side at 310 Edwin Drive, VA Beach. Looking forward to seeing you.
