So, I moved to the city of Willingboro just around 2 years ago, with the full intention of maintaining what was then a burgeoning wellness routine. Fast forward to today, and I realize I'm so far off the square that full reboot is in order! Does this sound like you? Maybe, like me, you've been looking for a way to get your fitness life right, without having to worry about image, or putting yourself through harsh treatment you know you won't ultimately keep up! Even if it isn't you though, and you're just looking for an opportunity for joyful movement with affirming women like you, join me! We'll meet at the first parking lot past the pond going counter clockwise from the entrance, and have a small meet & greet before walking for one hour. Since it's the first of what will hopefully be many walks we'll keep things at a moderate pace and stay on the paved paths; bring your most comfortable sneaks and sweats, and maybe a bottle of water and towel in case you sweat.
