Waldorf Warrior Walkers: Let’s Move Mid-Week! #HealthyHumpDay
This week, let’s move mid-week! #HealthyHumpDay Join us for a trek that will last for one hour of power! Boom! 💥 Bring a bottle of water, wear your comfortable shoes and your Superhero Blue shirt. Please arrive 10 minutes early, at 6:20 pm for the brief talk before the walk to get us prepared. Park in the lot across from the track, on the Middletown Road side. We start walking at 6:30 pm sharp. The walk will be at least 2.5 - 3.0 miles. Feel free to bring a sistah friend to share in the movement!
