It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. We will meet at 7:45am in front of the high school so we can begin walking at 8am sharp!! Water will be provided if you don’t have it! We will walk for an hour, if you have to stop sooner that’s totally fine!! Please wear blue if you have it, superhero gear OR wear your Girl Trek button (I may have some if you don’t have a button)!! Let’s dedicate at least an hour to self care by walking for your health and chatting with other beautiful ladies in the community!! See you Saturday!!!
