Join our #SoothingSoleSunday trek that starts the week out on a good foot. We are a sisterhood! These sisters will make you feel welcome no matter your current physical conditioning. This walking trail is beautiful! It is the backyard to many beautiful homes with beautiful landscapes. It circles the Waubonsie Lake. It is approximately 3 miles. We meet near the walking trail on the north side of the Eola Fitness Center. Join us every Sunday at 5pm at the Eola Fitness Center Outdoor walking Trail. The trail is approximately 3 miles. All sisters are welcome and no sister is left behind.
