SuperSHEroes Unite! Lace up your sneakers, ladies. We’re doing a combined event with Black Girls Run! Walkers and Runners are both welcome. Our 45 minute trek will start early...7am. We’ll walk or run from the Bea Evenson Fountain in front of The Natural History Museum down El Prado, across the bridge and down past the 6th Avenue Playground and back. The route is on cement. Bring sun protection (shades, hats, sunblock) and get ready for some good vibes! Please be on time. We gather at 7am to ensure that we step off at 7:10. This ensures that those with time commitments are ready for the rest of their Saturday. Link up is at Bea Evenson Fountain which is on the Park Avenue side of Balboa Park. It is easiest to park at Fleet Science Center or the Natural History Museum to the pedestrian only area where the fountain is located.
