Walk + Boot Camp at De Anza Cove

Lace up your sneakers, ladies. This lovely 3 mile beach walk is along the paved path and is relatively flat. It has great views where you can collect your peace of mind. Meetup is at the basketball courts. Superhero blue and sneakers are recommended. For those who want a little extra workout after the walk, Fit, Black, and Educated, will host a FREE boot camp for those who want to get their workout on! Look forward to seeing you there!
