Greetings LADIES! Let's get in our “standing” Saturday morning Trek. Meet me at 7am (SHARP) to stretch 5 minutes before our walk. Once you enter the park, grab a space in the lot to the left of the indoor ice skating ⛸ arena. This will be a 2 mile, flat pavement with lite gravel walk with plenty of shade. Bring a bottle of water, music, charge your Fitbit, Apple Watch, or download the MayMyWalk App. NO special gear needed for this walk...blue gear if you like. Wear your GirlTrek shirt if you have one, please. I am awaiting my gear via the mail. 😊
