Sunday PRAISE Trek ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
Ladiesโผ๏ธ Join me for a Sunday morning 3 mile, PRAISE walk.
To ensure maximum safety and enjoyment during your trek, please arrive seven minutes early (@9:53 am) wear supportive, comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing. This Trek is ALL FLAT PAVEMENT. Please review event description for full details. Please bring any medications for asthma or allergies and alert the trek leader of any relevant medical conditions. All women are welcome.
