Walking in the Now #3

Now!! is the time for walking toward healing, and a healthier lifestyle. Join me and #Girltrek Savannah/Organizers @Lake Mayer for a walk around the Lake. The walk will be 2 or 3 miles. Please bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes. Meet at the running statue, main entrance... don't forget to wear your superhero blue t-shirt, to celebrate #SummerofSelfCare #Superherosaturday
