It's Monday and it's time to hit the pavement. Leave work a little early. Skip that happy hour. Take a moment for yourself
Meet me at 5:30 pm in front of the Silver Spring Civic Center. We will walk for 1 hour exploring downtown Silver Spring. We will walk on sidewalks so make sure you were comfortable sneakers. Dont forget your Superhero blue and water to stay hydrated.
Bring your sistars and let's get it in!
