Team TAPSS Walking it Out for AAHP Community Day

Come out and walk with Team TAPSS on Saturday. We will get our hearts pumping by walking for 1 hour in downtown Silver Spring. Following our Superhero Saturday trek, we will check out the African American Health Program (AAHP). Community Day event at the Silver Spring Civic Event.

The AAHP Computer Day is a free event providing cooking demos, onsite health screenings and fitness activities.

Look for me in my Girltrek shirt and bright orange sneakers in front of the Silver Spring Civic Center at 8 am. Make sure to wear comfortable sneakers for this urban hike. If you plan to check out AAHP Community Day, please RSVP here
