Team TAPSS Early Bird Trek

Join us on the Sligo Creek Trail as we finish up Week 8 of the 10 week challenge (30 minutes a day/5 days a week). All are encouraged to come out to experience the beauty of sisterhood. We leave no sister behind.

We will meet at 7 am at the Silver Spring International Middle school track located near Wayne Avenue and Mansfield Road. We will walk for a total of 1 hour along the paved trail headed towards Holy Cross Hospital. Wear comfortable shoes and your GirlTrek gear. Let's flood the trail with our Superhero Blue.

Note: you may park directly on Wayne Avenue or in the small parking lot in front of the track.
