Team TaPSS Monday Movement Trek

Come out and Move Something Monday evening.

We will meet in front of the Silver Spring Civic Center at 5:23 pm so that we can start walking st 5:30. We will head out to Jesup Blair Park near the Washington DC line to check out a few historical landmarks in Silver Spring.

Wear comfortable sneakers and your Superhero blue. This is an urban trek on paved sidewalks and a walking path in the park. Bring water to stay hydrated.

Let's do this Silver Spring!

Note: Parking is available on the street and in a nearby garage.
