Trek before Work Wednesdays
They say Exercise first thing in the morning before your brain realizes what you are doing. How about you take care of yourself before everyone else by taking a 45 minute walk?
We will meet at 5:45 am in the Whole Foods parking lot for a brisk walk around downtown Silver Spring. All sidewalks are paved and leveled so comfortable shoes are appropriate. Dont forget to wear your Superhero Blue!
This trek is for all fitness levels. We leave no sister behind.
