Great News...Come join us for our GirlTrek Houston season opener on Saturday, 3/23/2019 at 7:30 AM. Our season opener will be a nature hike along the trails at the Memorial Park Arboretum. The hike will be approximately 3 miles. NOTE: We will meet at the Memorial Park Running Trails Center at 7575 N. Picnic Lane, Houston, TX 77007 and walk as a group to the Arboretum. Our theme for our trek season opener is 'Becoming'. If you've read First Lady Michelle Obama's book then you know that it's a perfect theme for our upcoming trek season. Everyone has a story to tell in this journey we call life. Our stories are constantly evolving especially during our walking season. Get out and make this GirlTrek season your own! Attire - Rock your GirlTrek super hero blue, comfortable athletic gear and tennis/hiking shoes. Don't forget your water!
