It’s time to put ourselves first and prioritize our self-care. Join your GirlTrek Neighborhood Captains for this Move something Monday walk and start your week off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend.
