Let's get out in nature to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. In honor of our own self care, we will walk towards our healthiest, most fulfilled lives. The 3.6 mile trail is fully paved. No worries about completing the full trail. We'll have options available to accommodate all fitness levels. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions, with closed toe supportive footwear. Layers are recommended. Please bring drinking water. A small pack can be used to carry items not able to fit in your pocket. We will meet in the parking lot on the Vollmer Rd side (near Crawford/Pulaski) at 7:45 am. Look for the green bike share parking spaces, near the restroom. We start trekking at 8:00 am. If you arrive after 8:00 am and don't see the group at the trail head, start walking west from the 3.6 'finish' line (towards Cicero), so that you can meet up with the group along the trail.
