Join the Tookany Creek Skirt Crew for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. Wear Superhero Blue if you got it like that, bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and wear comfortable walking shoes with good support. I call it the "Better Life Loop" because we want to address our heads, our hearts and our bodies. We'll start with a warm up, then do the 2 mile loop as many times as we can during our 2 hours together. Fast or slow, we have a "leave no one behind" policy. Because we are meeting at the market, I may bring a healthy recipe to try. If you want to join for less time, please feel free!! It is a loop and I figure we'll traverse it 2 or 3 times depending on the participants' fitness levels.
