Join the Tookany Creek Skirt Crew for this Superhero Saturday walk and start your weekend off right! All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. We are starting an hour later during the colder months. Wear layers, bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and wear comfortable walking shoes/boots with good support. My rain poncho can be there so I walk rain or shine. It's called the "Better Life Loop" because we want to address our heads, our hearts and our bodies. We'll start with a warm up, then do the 2 mile loop as many times as you can stand it.
