Praying for America; our Nation and Communities. This year's theme is LOVE ONE ANOTHER, based on John 13:34. Expect to stretch for two-three minutes followed by a walk for 30 minutes. The GirlTrek Organizer will pray the points throughout the walk and you welcome to engage as you are led to do so. If anyone desires to trek longer, the GirlTrek Organizer will be onsite for an additional 30 minutes. Dress comfortably and appropriately...layered so that you can adapt as needed. If you have something red, white and blue please wear it on that day along with your GirlTrek gear if you have some. REMINDER...Rain or Shine we show up and walk. Three Springs Park – on Frank Scott Parkway (http://4sq.com/9jF3Mi) – features include wetlands, playground, picnic areas, paved walking trail (1/2 mile) to include a paved, non-motorized trail around the lake (1.7 miles).
