Get up and lace up those sneakers and meet me at the park - let's get our bodies moving so we can be our best! Let's walk out hypertension, diabetes, and whatever else trying to block us from living our best lives! Bring a smile and don't worry we will take it easy, today is not a swift sprint or marathon. Come out and meet some new ladies or some old friends. Look for that GIRLTREK blue and a smile :) **meet at the tables/pavilion next to the ladies restroom
