Come out and join me for a meet and greet trek! We will walk at a steady pace to get our heart moving. Bring a smile and look for a Girltrek blue shirt! Bring a girlfriend with you and please rsvp so I know to look for you. I will start promptly at 6:05pm so come early to get stretch and warm up!
