Walk For Your Wellness! You're invited to Join WEE Femmes (Women Empower Excellence) for a Wellness Walk At Wingate Park Track & Field in Brooklyn, NY. (Enter on Rutland Road or Enter at Winthrop Street near Kingston and Brooklyn Avenues). We can meet up by the Bleachers/Stairs inside the Park at 6:30 PM, Stretch then start walking at 6:40 PM. The goal is to get everyone moving, to enhance your health and improve your fitness by walking. You can walk 1.5 miles OR MORE, according to your fitness level and ability to push yourself. We will walk 6 Laps around the padded track and walking up some park stairs is OPTIONAL. I know you can do it. Feel free to invite a friend, family member and or co-worker. Wear comfortable Sneakers! I'm here to encourage you and cheer you on. Let's take a Walk together!
