Come get your early morning GirlTrek Glow amongst the majestic trees and lovely garden of this 84 year old park. 3-4 mile trek will begin at 6:30am at the trailhead at the top of the parking lot off Brentwood Blvd on Shaw Park Dr alongside Forest Park Parkway, it’s a stop light, we will do several loops around the park on a paved trail, then trek down the Centennial Greenway to The Original Pancake House🥞😁enjoy breakfast🥑🍓🥚then trek back up the Greenway for several loops around the park....Trek off that Rise and Shine Breakfast Special Breakfast is on your own and not mandatory. Expected temperature between 80-90 degrees, so dress for the weather and hydrate hydrate, sunscreen, insect repellent, allergy medication💊, inhaler and EpiPen...AND PLEASE MAKE ME AWARE
