#06:30 EarlyBirds Rise & Shine Sunrise at the Lake Trek
Come & just Breath as you enjoy the coolness of the lake as we catch the end of the 06:23 Sunrise🌤. Trekking around the lake a tree lined paved trail, some slight incline, possibly ducks 🦆 and deer 🦌...dress for the weather, expected temperatures 65-70 degrees, hydrate hydrate, bring your Epipen, Benadryl and allergy medicine and make me aware.
