Join me this coming #SuperheroSaturday for the "901 Run with Ray" Family Fun Walk/Run to kick off the new school year! It's a 1-mile paved trail around the school board building. Wear your GirlTrek blue so we can show the kids in Memphis we support them 100 percent. Sign-in is at 7 a.m. and the walk/run starts at 9 a.m.

Stick around after the walk/run for the Back To School Block Party for free food, music and school supply giveaways (if you have kids). Maybe we can get a joy jump or victory bridge going too!
