We meet up in the parking lot across from the Dept. of Transpo. on Suwannee Street. We walk two loops of the Cascades Park Trail, http://discovercascades.com/ The trail is paved and a pretty easy stroll. We have several different levels of walkers, the leaders set the pace in front and one sista in a wheelchair rolls with us. We also have a few more casual walkers in the back of the pack including the caboose (parents with kids in wagons who do one loop then stop at the playground and meet up with the group when they finish their second loop). All are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bring bring water and a hat (it is HOT !!!) and there are benches along the way if you need a break.
