All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. Celebrate the best part of waking up with a good stretch, deep breaths of Gratitude & a fun walk enjoying the crisp air, blue skies, and vibrant colors as you trek along the creek with your #GirlTrek Tribe!! Meet Jo & Tonya at 7:00 AM in the Highland Picnic Area parking lot (near the basketball court). We will start trekking promptly at 7:15 AM. The terrain is paved with rolling hills. Wear your #GirlTrek Blues or "Blue" shirt; bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated; wear comfortable walking shoes with good support.
