All sisters, no matter your fitness level are welcome. We’ll share in harnessing our joy while we fellowship with each other during an energizing morning walk. Join us and bring a friend. It's Sunshine & Blue Skies! Celebrate the best part of waking up with a good stretch, deep breaths of Gratitude & a fun walk in the park along the creek with your GirlTrek Tribe!! Meet Jo & Tonya at 6:50 AM in the Highland Picnic Area parking lot (near the basketball court). We will start trekking promptly at 7:00 AM. The terrain is paved with rolling hills. Wear your GirlTrek Blues or "Blue" shirt; bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated; wear comfortable walking shoes with good support.
