Ladies, what a great way to end "Father's Day" with a hike. Invite your husband, dad, family, and friends to join the trail sisters of GirlTrek Cleveland Harriet's Girls for our monthly hike. This event is open to all, therefore, all levels are welcome to join us💖💖💖 The moon for the month of June is known as the Strawberry Moon owes its name to the fruit-inspired moniker to the Algonquin tribes of Native Americans, as it appears at the time of year when they would harvest strawberries. In other parts of the world, it is also known as the Honey Moon, Hot Moon, and Full Rose Moon. We meet 7:45 PM in the parking lot of North Chagrin Nature Center 401 Buttermilk Falls Parkway Willoughby Hills, OH 44094. We hike for approx 3-4 miles at an easy/moderate pace. The terrain is mostly flat with slightly rolling hills, natural surface (may be muddy). Please dress accordingly; comfortable and/or waterproof hiking/trail shoes are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
