Instead of standing in long lines or being stampede join me on Black Friday to #OptOutside for an early morning hike to burn off some calories from your Thanksgiving feast as we will enjoy the fresh crisp air while hiking 3-4 miles to Squire Castle at North Chagrin Reservation. Invite your family and friends to join us. Please arrive at 7:00 AM in the parking lot of Strawberry Picnic Area which located off Buttermilk Falls Parkway in Willoughby Hills 44094. We take off promptly at 7:15 AM. The terrain is flat but there are a few hills, stairs along the trail. Wear your #GirlTrek Blues and please dress in layers for the weather; wear hiking boots/shoes or shoes with a good tread and wool socks to keep your feet dry and cozy. Bring water to stay hydrated and a light snack to keep your energy levels up; hiking poles if you have them or you can pick up a stick along the trial.
