GirlTrek Cleveland will join South Euclid United Church of Christ during their Sabbatical Month Wellness in July with Bokwa. What is Bokwa? Bokwa is a cardio dance class that has you drawing letters and numbers with your feet while shimmying to the beat of the music. We will meet instructor Rita Moss at Euclid Creek Reservation Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. Welsh Woods picnic area is located in the middle of the park (you can enter the park from Green or Highland Road), Class will start at 6:30 pm. Cost: FREE, however, donations accepted. All level of fitness welcome to join us. Wear your GirlTrek Blue. Dress accordingly; wear comfortable shoes; bring water to stay hydrated.
