Rise and Shine!! Ladies of the Sunrise Warriors invites you to jump-start your day with a morning 🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️ that will result in multiple health benefits as well as mental and emotional well-being. We will meet at 5:50 AM in the parking lot of the basketball court at the Highland Road entrance of Euclid Creek (Euclid Creek Parkway) and will take off promptly at 6:00 AM to trek 60 mins around the neighborhood. All levels are welcome to join. Please dress for the weather, wear steady shoes with traction, reflective vest and/or headlamp; bring water to stay hydrated.
