Rise and Shine Ladies it's Day9 of GirlTrek's Prayer Trek!! Today we will mediate & walk with "Self-control" as we heal our temple (body) We will meet at 8:30 AM in the parking lot of North Chagrin Nature Center 401 Buttermilk Falls Pkwy, Willoughby Hills, OH 44904. We will take off promptly at 8:45 AM to trek in the neighborhoods for 60 minutes. All levels are welcome to join us. Don’t forget to wear your GirlTrek gear or a comfortable “Blue" T-shirt.
