Rise and Shine!! Ladies of the Sunrise Warriors invites you to jump-start your day with a morning that will result in multiple health benefits as well as mental and emotional well-being. We will meet at 8:20 AM in the parking lot of Veterans Monument at the top of Euclid Creek on Anderson Road and South Green in South Euclid to trek 60 mins into the park. All levels are welcome to join us. Please dress for the early morning temperature, wear steady shoes, bring water to stay hydrated and bug spray.
