We are women who want to be the best we can by living our healthiest lives. One way to achieve healthiness is to WALK, WALK, WALK. In numerous studies exercise, walking, has been shown to be beneficial in preventing strokes, in part because it is helpful with blood pressure, lowering cholesterol levels and reducing obesity.
