#SuperHero Saturday Walk at James T. Hope Park
We are women who want to be the best we can by living our healthiest lives. One way to achieve healthiness is to WALK, WALK, WALK. In numerous exercise studies, walking has shown to be beneficial in preventing strokes, in part because it is helpful with blood pressure, lowering cholesterol levels and reducing obesity. Come and join us by getting your healthy on and walk at Hope Park. The trail has a slight incline. Hope to see you there in your GirlTrek Super Hero Blue. Take a walk. Join the movement.
