Do you know that daily walking improves your overall health? Would you like to start your weekend off by making a decision to come and walk to feel better and become a healthier you? Join us in your Super Hero GirlTrek Blue as we walk 4 miles at the park.We will meet in the parking lot. This is a walking pavement trail that has a slight incline. Hope to see you there. GirlTrek !
