Helpful tips the night before the walk hydrate, hydrate, hydrate the night before, the day of 1 hour before the walk drink one 8oz cup of ice-cold water. Wear something very comfortable such as athletic gear or just plain leggings with a lightweight t-shirt, don't forget your favorite sneakers. I'm so excited to see you take control of your health!
