WALK IT OUT!!
Hey!! Girl Trekkers the goal is to walk 2 miles woot woot!! all ya got to do is put some pep in it and walk it out!!. Be sure to wear some comfortable clothing I love leggings and light weight t-shirts, sneakers are a must no heels ladies lol!!. The night before the walk hydrate with some ice cold water, the morning of the walk drink 1 8oz cup of water to lubricate those muscles. We will do a short warm-up before the walk just to encourage our bodies to get ready. I'm so excited that you have decided to take a pledge to walk for better health. Don't forget to invite 10 of your BFF'S and if you have babies they can come too, just grab the stroller and c'mon!!!. A little bit of info on the directions turn off 9th St. in Rock Island onto 31st Ave, continue to drive down 31st until you see Sunset Park, turn in the first parking lot, I'll be standing there in some black athletic gear of course, I'm a little short girl that sometimes look like a teen so look really close lol!! normally I have on some peach fancy shades so you shouldn't miss me, I'll be looking real fly lol!
