Motivated by the Mile Mid-Cities Trekkers meets weekly on Saturdays, 7am-8:30am at the Bedford Boys Ranch in Bedford, TX in the middle of the DFW (Dallas -Fort Worth) area. The Boys Ranch is a paved walk, picturesque park with varied terrain, ducks and geese and slight hills for those that want more of a challenge. Lead by Miste Anders-Clemons and Candice Kibsgaard. It’s all about support, encouragement and motivation. It can be hard at times to be motivated but together we can be motivated, come and join us! We are Motivated by the Mile! We will walk approximately 45 mins to 1 hr. and/or about 3 miles. We will meet in front of the tennis courts beyond the playground area. We will be doing "The Victory Bridge" and Celebration jump to celebrate you!
