Strength Training With Linda
Come enjoy a total body strength training workout with Linda. Strength training is an important part of your overall fitness health and can be done with little to no equipment. We will be using resistance tubing and body weight training for a full total body workout for all fitness levels – beginner to advanced. Resistant tubing will be provided by Linda, but please feel free to bring your own tubes or bands if you have them. Please bring water. You may also want to bring an exercise mat or a towel to lay on for floor exercises. Linda is an experienced certified fitness trainer and has taught a wide variety of fitness classes for over 30 years both at the YMCA and through her own Temple Builders Fitness brand.
